We offer 2 types of maintenance packages. The helpdesk membership package includes network support & common Microsoft applications support. The comprehensive membership package includes the additional service of 4 onsite preventive services & 4 onsite service calls in a year.

No, there will be an additional one time charge for web design.

No, customers are free to switch to any web hosting company at any time but there will not be any refund for any remaining outstanding duration.

9. How long does it take to apply for a domain name?
3 - 5 working days.

10. How to ensure that my mailbox is virus free?
