So if your hard drive crash, you are still able to restore back the emails dated 3 months ago and before. External media will be kept by client themselves. $2500.00 per annum (10 Workstations or less)

Background:
A SME company with 12 workstations and 1 file server

Requirement:
To check all workstations and server periodically making sure it is in a healthy state. Connections to Server have to be secure, safe and stable. If there are any abnormal problems, it can be detected early and preventive procedures can be carried out.

Cost:
If most systems are within warranty, prices will range from $2500 to $3200, inclusive of server's maintenance. Price excludes parts that need to be replaced in the event of any hardware failure.
